Dream

i dreamed one night of a lake high in the mountains,
the water was crisp and cool, and clean.
the reflection of the sky shown brightly in its waters,
the hues of blue were clearer than any other sky.

i dreamed one day of a starlit night of suede,
the sky was black, deep, and dark
the tiny diamond were bright and rich
thier lights were more precious than gold.

i dreamed one lifetime of a man,
this man was loving, and caring, and good
he reached out and enfolded me into his heart
giving me a love worth more than any other dream.
